At-Home Workouts, Fitness Plans and Healthy Living Tips

My favorite healthy food brands

Hi friends! How are ya? I hope the week is going well! I have a discovery call and a lab review call today, and am looking forward to a sweaty yoga class. Hope you have a lovely day ahead.

Meat and seafood:

Butcher Box for almost all of our meat and seafood

Vital Farms organic eggs

Applegate deli meat

Milk, yogurt, and almond milk:

Raw milk from Golden Rule Dairy (we can purchase at the farmer’s market)

Califia Farms almond milk

The kids like the 365 brand yogurts

Snacks:

Bars and breakfast goodies:

GoMacro bars

Lovebird cereal (they have it at Costco now!)

EquiLife whole food bars (I loove these things)

Sauces, dressings, mayo, and salsas:

Kevin’s sauces (these are AMAZING)

Chosen Foods avocado oil and avocado oil mayo

Primal Kitchen salad dressing (in a pinch; I prefer homemade salad dressing)

Nuts and seeds:

NOW Foods for everything. I especially love their Brazil nuts, raw cashews, and trail mix

Mamma Chia pouches

Jerky and canned fish:

Bread and tortillas:

Siete tortillas (they were in the news this week for selling to Pepsi for 1.2 billion. I can’t help but feel thrilled for them – it’s every entrepreneur’s dream – but I hope they maintain the integrity of their products)

Live Pacha sourdough buns (the best! 3 ingredients)

Dave’s Killer Bread (not the best ingredients but way better than other brands on the shelves)

Frozen goodies:

Birch Benders waffles

Alexia potatoes and fries. I usually read the ingredients to find options with less oils

Applegate breakfast sausage (we usually get the chicken and maple)

Daily Harvest! I still have something from Daily Harvest almost every day. I love their smoothies, flatbreads, and soups the most. Use FITNESSISTA for up to 40% off.

Cascadian Farms for frozen fruits and veggies

Chocolate:

I LOVE the dark chocolate with salted almond butter. My fave of all time.

Alter Eco

So tell me, friends: What brands am I missing? What are some of your favorite healthier food brands?

xoxo
